Hello, all. Let me tell you a funny thing about Daphne. She doesn’t meow. She makes all matter of chirping and trilling sounds, but not a meow among them. When she’s extra excited about playing, she makes a woo-ooo-whoo sound. I’ve finally figured it out — she’s singing the opening of Kung Fu Fighting. (The Carl Douglas video is below for those who don’t know the song.)
And that might explain all the “Cat Fu Fighting” that goes on around here.

For once, I was fast enough to catch an epic “Battle Hammock” on video (scroll down).
And then, some “third party” (insert expletive of your choice) at YouTube lodged a copyright complaint because of the public domain music I used. Not the musician or the songwriter, but a third party… AND the song was stated as being free to use. A third party… Yes, I’m extremely annoyed. Fine. I re-did the video. I like the new song better anyway.

Hi Teagan. This is such fun. Thanks for sharing. I use BenSound for my music videos and am quite horrified by your experience with free music
