People ghosts dancing gypsy wagons by Teagan via Night Cafe

Here’s a little teaser

This video is intentionally incongruous for an epic fantasy book.

I hope it tickles your funny bone.

Cover Reveal

Due to changes with Amazon KDP (publishing) rule changes, this will only be available in e-book.  I’ll share more next month.

Thanks for visiting.  Hugs!

  1. I couldn’t get the video to play or me; maybe it’s too early in the morning for my computer! But, I love the book cover. Can’t wait to read it.

    1. Hi, Viv. Someone else mentioned a problem with the video. I have no answer. I know that at other blogs, I sometimes can’t play a video if I’m in the WordPress “Reader” rather than directly in the website/blog. But…
Many thanks about the cover and for your kind words. Hugs winging back to you.

  2. I enjoyed the video, it put a smile on my face. 😊 From what I understand… it is about previously published tales, now forming an omnibus novel, but which will only be released as an ebook, if I’m not mistaken. It all sounds very nice, first time I hear about omnibus editions, so interesting… and good, especially for those who wish to read a whole series. I like the cover too! 🙂

    1. Thank you very much, Nicole. Yes — you are correct about each thing.
I don’t see combined editions (or omnibus) very often. This was 14 novellas (very short novels), and all had to be read for the full story. (Sometimes in a series, you get a full story in each book — but that was not the case with this one.) Because of that I wanted to make this omnibus. It’s a large book, around 1600 pages. There is no paperback (printed book). I forgot to add that there is an “electronic voice” audio book. It has 33 hours of listening.
It’s actually available at Amazon now, but I haven’t had time to make an announcement post.
      I appreciate your comment. Hugs.

  3. I love the cover, and the video, Teagan. I’m sorry Amazon is causing trouble, but having the Journeys in one place is such a great idea. I’m glad the girls let you have enough time to pull it all together. Congratulations.

    1. Many thanks, Dan. That cover is “mostly” the cover from Journey 10. It was my favorite cover of the series. I considered sticking with the cover from Journey 1 (which is the series cover too). However, since this one showed several of the characters (and Boabhan in raven form 😀 ) I chose it rather than making a new one. We have a full day of thunderstorms down here. I’m on edge, but hope to get back to my editing project. Have a wonderful new week. Hugs.

    1. Thank you, Kerfe. Yes, LOL and I’m tired now. 🙂 I used to try and post 2 times a week, although for the past year or longer, I’m more likely to do just one. Having 3 posts in a week is rare for me. But it’s a good busy, and I have so much gratitude right now. I really appreciate all your support. Hugs.

  4. That’s a fun video,Teagan. Great idea putting all the tales into 1 epic book.

Changes to amazon? What else is new?

You’ve been busy. How do the Scoobies feel about sharing you with your writing?

Hugs to them and hugs to you!

    1. Thanks, Resa. Yeah… I rarely do more than 2 posts in a week, and often only one. This has been a busy week, but it’s a great kind of busy. I’m tired though.

The Scoobies used to nag me relentlessly as soon as I sat down to write. But now that they’re grownup cats, the lazy things sleep all day. I think they’re glad I leave them alone! LOL. Big hugs.

          1. Yes, silence is hard come by these days.
I’ve been drawing like a fiend. There are 2 Art Gowns posts coming out. One on the11th, and on a day before that.

The Art Gowns posts take me forever, which is why I started reblogging my Rock Star posts here. Keep the darn blog alive!
            Hugs!!!

    1. Hi, Rebecca. The things you said about Dead of Winter when I was publishing the “Journey” installments is one of the main things that encouraged me to make this omnibus. If you had that much appreciation for the story itself, I wanted to make it available readers who don’t like multiple volumes. I had a blast making the video. 😀 Hugs on the wing.

      1. I LOVE this journey, Teagan, and get goosebumps thinking about reading the ending in the middle of a winter storm in Ottawa. It was elemental. Our flight was for the next day and we didn’t know whether the airport would be closed. Anyway, I want the Omnibus for my collection!!! Sending many hugs along with my gratitude!

  5. I enjoyed the video, and I can recommend the book. I remember I enjoyed looking forward to each new journey, but being able to keep reading the whole story, for people who haven’t read it yet, will be fabulous as well. Good luck with putting the final touches to it, Teagan, and I like the cover as well. Big hugs and love to the Scoobies.
