An Image Teaser 2

I’m still here… I’m still away from blogging to finish the conclusion of Dead of Winter.  …And I still miss you all.  So, I’m popping in long enough to say hello.

No, this is not the cover for Journey 14.  It’s a teaser.

Prophesies

Some of you will remember that a prophecy from a creepy voice threaded throughout this story, from the very beginning. “Winter is coming,” it warned.  As the Journeys progressed, we became aware of additional related prophesies like one of the “lost white brother” and “the frozen sands.”  Both of those are touched on in the conclusion.  I’m also corralling a lot of other things that took place over the previous 1,500 pages.

Okay, I’m going back to work now.  Happy June, everyone.  I won’t forget The Armadillo Files — and I hope you don’t either.  I’ll be back with Fang and Dilly and company.  Hugs on the wing.

  1. I am slowly catching up, Teagan. I have been away from blogging for the most part, and have a lot of catching up to do everywhere. I had a heart attack in early June, almost died. Back in the saddle, but time has been limited.

      1. From what I can tell so far it looks like you are finished or almost finished with Dead of Winter? The whole set will be available on Amazon in paperback soon? I am a relic from another time in my love of paperback and hardcover books.

Give Crystal a pat for me.

        1. Yes, I released Dead of Winter’s conclusion in June. Everything is available, paperback and ebook. And I’m trying to (as a first step) reread the 300+ so far existing pages of Guitar Mancer so I can get back to work on it. However, I keep giving myself an eye strain… I need to figure out (or get used to) trying to read part of it each day in the morning, before I wear out my eyes at the computer. Crystal sends you a purr. ❤

  2. Hello Teagan!!! It’s in ages that we’ve connected through WordPress. I’m so happy to see that you are still very active on here and now selling your books. Guess what? I just published my first book. Check out my site. Are you still taking suggestions for story ideas? That was totally fun. Anywho, would be awesome to reconnect.

    1. What a lovely surprise to see you, Eleni. Congratulations on your book.
I’m on a semi-blog-break while I finish the ending of the novel I’ve serialized over the past 16 months. I’ll bring back the most recent 3-things style serial once I’ve finished that. Hugs on the wing!

  3. I read the first journey this week and… LOVED IT! Congrats on nearing the end of the journey, Teagan, though I imagine it’s bittersweet. Hope the weather is treating you kindly, it’s cool and rainy here 🙂

    1. Jacquie, welcome aboard the Journeys. I’m still giddy from your review!
Horsefeathers… the weather… I wish we could share and balance one another out. It rained for about 15 minutes 2 days ago. That was the first rain we’ve had in months and my air conditioner is already straining. I feel like Han Solo patting the spaceship and saying “Baby hold together.” LOL. But I remind myself that at least I don’t have to shovel snow. 😀
Have a brilliant new week. Hugs on the wing.

    1. It’s good to see you, GP. With the kindle version, the whole series can be bought with one click, by searching the series. Actually, right now doing that will show the series *to date*, but the same will apply once Journey 14 is live.

I don’t have immediate plans to convert the (approximately 1700 pages) into an omnibus, because after a year and a half, I want to finish other novels. I will eventually… but even that will become difficult for publication if I don’t divide it into three volumes. It’s a fair amount of work.
Thanks for asking though. Hugs on the wing.

    2. Oh bushwa! WordPress is really messing with me. I tried three different ways to try and get the link to show.
So, okay… if you search (on Amazon) any book in the series, on the line beneath the title, it will say book ___ of 13 (eventually that will be 14). Click on that link, and it will take you to a page where the entire series can be bought with one click.

      1. Thank you, Teagan. (BTW, I know what you mean about WP messing with you. I was answering Christine over on Dan Antion’s page and poof it disappeared in the middle. I went back and started over – and people wonder how I am perpetually behind schedule!!)
