Smorgasbord - Variety is the spice of life

I was delighted when Teagan sent over a guest post on the subject of peppers as they can be very useful if you are considering losing a few pounds.  Not only does the heat give your body an extra workout but the really hot ones make you jump up and down, sweat buckets and stop you considering eating anything else for at least two days!!
