Recently, blogger and poet, Nicole Sara absolutely dazzled me with her review of The Delta Pearl, A Steampunk Riverboat (book-1 of my colorful take on a steampunk duology).

The slideshow above contains some of the illustrations I’ve done for the story over the years.

I hope you’ll click the “Continue reading” link below to visit Nicole’s wonderful post. Thanks to WordPress “Improvements” I couldn’t format this post to make the link stand out, so please look for it below.

Have an easy coast down the other side of this midweek hump. Hugs on the wing.

  1. I’m heading over to read the review, but I absolutely loved The Delta Pearl: A Steampunk Riverboat – Book 1 and the second part. I think the story was one of your best, and that’s saying something.

    1. You are so kind Dan — thank you. You know it’s hard for me to say anything good about myself (upbringing) but I really am proud of that story. Nicole noticed some things in the story that I quietly hoped readers would take in. Heartfelt thanks for your support of this story. Hugs.

    1. Thanks, Noelle. I’m delighted with Nicole’s review. And thanks about the pictures. They weren’t the ones I had in mind to use, but WP has been giving me such fits, that I felt lucky to be able to make a post at all. (eye roll). Hugs.
