Multi-talented author Robbie Cheadle did a wonderful post about the second book in my “Atonement, A Quirky Magical Town.” It is called Atonement in Bloom, and Robbie did paintings of one of the central characters. I hope you will use the link below to visit us at her post. Hugs!

I couldn’t hold myself and went to Robbie’s blog to see those paintings and she did a fab job. Left her a film-y comment as well. You take care

It’s like a kind of renewal when someone reads and enjoys one of my stories, years after I published it. It’s a breath of life. I was delighted when Robbie said she was drawing Meadow. Thanks for visiting, Kerfe. Hugs.

Those drawings are fabulous, Teagan!
The book sounds terrific.
I love the flower dress, it’s sublime.
Those multi-coloured Irises are speecial.
Good on you, and good on Robbie.
Big Hugs to both of you!

Resa, thanks for your lovely comment, and for visiting both blogs. I hope the plumbing repairs are over now. That’s so stressful.
Here are several bits from the book about Meadow’s flower gown:
“Meadow apparently meant to go to the masquerade party. She had drawn a costume that was a gown made of flowers, with large butterfly wings on the back….
….. “Curious about how she could possibly create such a thing, I paused to marvel at the details in Meadow’s drawing of a gown made of nothing but flowers and vines. Then I realized that she would probably just ask the flowers to weave themselves into the perfect dress.
Could this mean that she was gaining control over the strange magic that caused flowers to appear at her touch? Was that a good thing? …
“…I saw a lavish mound of flowers in every imaginable color. Then the floral extravaganza moved. It was Meadow, wearing the fantastical gown made of living flowers, just as she had drawn it.”
Hugs winging back to you. ❤
