I am endlessly grateful to have friends and readers across this planet.  In my country, tomorrow is supposed to be a day of gratitude, the giving of thanks, Thanksgiving Day

I give thanks for each and every one of you, no matter where you are, or what the day means to you.

Now I’m off to “WriMo-mo-mo!” for National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo).

  1. Hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving where you are Teagan R Genevieve. Trust NaNo is going well. My first attempt this year with Mello’s encouragement. Last night I was just shy of 7,000 words to go. Had my writing hat on. But … I found it difficult to write. So today I’m not very much further forward. Going out for lunch today so … 🙃. All best wishes to you. 😊🧚🏽‍♀️

    1. Cecily, it’s wonderful to see you!
Congratulations on putting your hat in the NaNoWriMo ring — that’s huge! Remember that your notes can count toward your wordcount. I find it helpful to include my notes as part of my manuscript document. (And edit them out later.) It helps me to remember the details I want to add, but have not come to the right place to do so. I hope you enjoy a fun and relaxing lunch. Hugs on the wing!

      1. Oh Tegan R Geneviene!! I could just hug you … I’ve added some of my main notes as I’ve been writing today … just done it … 50082! Lunch was great, thanks, and better because I’d read your message! 🎉 I hope you’re at a place you want to be. 😘

    1. Thank you so very much, Deborah. I’m fleshing out the draft of my November novel. It’s a strange combination of weirdness and whimsy — with a dash of serious. Regardless of anything else, it will be a unique story. In a world where everything has “been done” thousands of times, at least that much is something. LOL. Happy gobble eve. Hugs on turkey wings!

  2. Thanks for your good wishes Teagan. Thank YOU for your wonderfully whimsical and always surprising stories.
I can only imagine that getting inside your mind to see where these stories come from would be quite a fantastical (is that even a word?!) trip!!

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. I hope you spend it doing something you’ve been wanting to do but haven’t had the time…..even if that “something” is “nothing”!

    1. You’re such a delight, Ginger. Thank you for bringing me a smile. For some reason WordPress always send your comments to be moderated. However, that also means yours are often the first comment I see. It’s great to begin with a smile. LOL, “inside my mind” is a long strange trip that I wouldn’t recommend, not even for the Doo-Dah Man. Have a beautiful Thanksgiving. Thanks for spending part of the eve here. Hugs on turkey wings!

      1. Happy all is well with you and Crystal. I have read comments, and know you’ve made significant changes in your life. The tough things will straighten up and you’ll be back to your thriving writer self. I promise to catch up with Delta Pearl. Are you by chance thinking of it in book form? Hugs back, my friend. 🍁🤗🍁 Christine
